3. What We Treat & Specialties (Quick Scan Grid)
Providers want to know instantly if your practice is the right fit for their patient:
Specialties: Perinatal & Postpartum Mental Health (PMADs), Trauma / PTSD (EMDR), Women’s Sexual Health, Perimenopause & Menopause.
Services Offered: Individual Telehealth (Utah-wide) & In-Person Therapy, Free 15-Minute Consultations.
Client Ages: Adults (18+).
Payment / Insurance Status: Self-pay ($150/session), Superbills provided, HSA/FSA accepted. (Note pending in-network paneling if applicable).
4. How Referral Communication Works
Reassure referring providers that their patients will be taken care of:
Easy Intake: We contact the client within 1–2 business days to schedule their initial consultation.
Care Coordination: With client consent, we provide timely intake confirmations and progress updates back to the referring physician or clinician.
Collaborative Care: We work alongside OB/GYNs, midwives, primary care providers, and outpatient therapists to ensure comprehensive support.
